error when I create cnf file

Dear , 

when i create CNF file appear this error ! , why is error appear to me thanks .

Can you make sure that NTP is configured and synchronized in your CME. Share the output of 'show ntp ass'

thanks , I enabled ntp sync . the problem has been solved.

I have the same problem but I can't solve it. Could you help me with the commands to activate the ntp, please
