Hi 

I am using a cisco ME-3800X-24FS-M and my log has this consistent error:

from what i have read online it can sometimes cause the switch to be unaccessible and that it is a bug in the IOS. Does anyone know what could be causing this error, what it is exactly and how i can resolve it ?
