Hello, there is probably a very straight forward answer to this but I am having trouble finding any Cisco documentation on compatibility between CUCM versions. Basically we have 2 CUCM clusters on version 10.5 and were going to upgrade one of them to 11.5 to resolve some issues on that particular cluster. If we do this, will it introduce any problems with Presence or Jabber if the 2 clusters are connected via a SIP trunk? My inclination is that SIP is SIP regardless of what version of CUCM it is connected to so this shouldn't be a problem. If I am wrong in this assumption or if anyone has any insight into doing something like this, any feedback would be appreciated

There will not be any issues, your understanding is correct that SIP as a protocol works regardless of the versions involved between two entities.
