I am trying to program a phone with extension # as last 4 digits of direct line. When I do the add phone it gives me a failure as it is a duplicate number. But I can't find it. Any suggestions

you do not give very much info about your problem
a sceen schot of the info before and after "save" could help
but did you try searching using : call-routing -> route-plan report ???
