Dear,

I have Unity Connection 8.6 and CUCM 8.6.

I am new to unity connection and collaboration world.

I want to make a customize prompt for who that from outside of organization call inside and after not answering goes to voicemail to record a message. how can i do that? show all instruction here in this topic.

I appreciate if you could help me?

Not sure if you simply want to create users, or an AA

If all you want is to create users, it will depend on whether they're going to be LDAP, AXL or local.

If you have absolutely no experience, it would be in your best interest to reach out to a Cisco partner or a consultant for this config, this is not hard, but it does assume you're familiar with the products and how the interact and are configured to work.
