Hi,
I have a customer with a UC560 phone system. Their main number goes to a blast group then users forward call to relevant extension. If the relevant extension is busy is it possible to get a message prompt stating said person is not available and puts them on hold then retries before going to voicemail ? This feature would need to be available for all extensions(20 -30).

It worked on my test system. I'm waiting on the user to get back to me but I think this will be the best option for them.
