When I Call From Cisco Jabber To 9971 Phone Audio Call Is Available But Video Call Is Not .

Hi,
Can you check the following:
1. Check the region settings between the region associated with the device pool assigned to 9971 and the one assigned to the Jabber.
2. Check the location settings between the two.
3. Is video call working between two Jabber clients or between two 9971 IP Phones?

1 Both 9971 and Cisco jabber in the same device pool and same location
2 Video call working between two 9971 phones but between two Cisco jabber doesn't work .

you sure the camera is not controlled by another process so Jabber doesnt have control over it?
go to OPTIONS>Video and see if you have an image.

I removed some programs for Cisco Video Surveillance from Laptop and now Cisco jabber video call work fine .

Hi,
How are you making calls from the Jabber? Are you dialing the complete E164 number from the directory for the user or you are dialing the extension ? It could be that you are dialing the complete no from directory and call might be going out through PSTN, worth checking.
Are you using Jabber in desk phone mode or soft phone mode?
