iPad OS10.02 Not Authenticating

Unable to get iPad's with OS 10.02 and 10.1 to log into the proxy.

Every time we enter a username + password we get the popup "Proxy Authentication Required" Try again, same message,

We have a number of iPad's on OS9.3 that work fine.

Issue only happened once we upgraded x4 iPads to the newest version.

We only use the proxy internally.

Local IP address, port number 8080

Authentication on

username: domain\username

password: ********

Anyone else had this issue?

Have tried using iPhone with version 10.0.2 and looks like if you are only entering just username and password, it will not allow you and keep popping up to keep entering the credentials.

However if you entered the credentials information with the domain for example wsa\name1 and the password, looks like it is taking it correctly.

However above are only for HTTP traffic, if its for HTTPS traffic make sure the iPhone/iPad has trusted the HTTPS certificate that generated by the WSA or your own company certificate.

Have not tried using iOS lower then 10.0.2 since can't source one.
