Hi everyone, I need help with getting a UC520 to upgrade to 48 users. I have licensed successfully, however the 48 user license wont go active. I have copied the show license commands below. The license installs, however the command from configuration mode does not show "license feature uc500-48u-upgrade" as seen below as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. max-ephones is set to 48 in telephony-service as well.
