Hi MIr,

go to OS admin and certificate management.

1) Regenerated ipsec.pem certificate on all server.

2) Restarted DRS Master and local on PUB DRS local on all SUB.

Above is not production impacting.

Hi Jb,

Hope you are doing well,

i have once again restart the services of

Cisco DRF Local

Cisco DRF Master

and cross check the license it is valid till 2019 and take the backup still same error at 59%

Thanks & regards

Mir

Just a thought :

check if ntp is synchronised by running utils ntp status in Publisher.

regds,

aman

Hi Mir,

i have still seen Regenerated ipsec.pem certificate on all server helps a lot of time, and it would not hurt to try that.

JB

Hi JB

Thaks man Yours steps help me to clear the error.

i regenerate the ipsec.pem and downloded the file and delete the ipsec -trust file and

Restarted DRS Master and local & DRS local on all pub and SUB.

Then start the  Bakcup it work 100%

Once again thanks for your helpful steps

Mir

Hi mir77ccie

I have the same issue,

Can you clarify the steps for me?

I have to regenerate the ipsec.pem on the publisher, then i need to download it and then I would have to upload it to the publisher as ipsec-trust name and type trust-certs right? But what do I need to delete? also deleting or changing ipsec certificate dont have any impact to the call manager?

Thank you very much, regards!

Hi JB,

Mir

Hi JB,

Hope you enjoying,

I have to integrate CUCM in SolarWinds Monitoring Tool to monitor the VOIP call etc.

First time i'am doing this activity do you have any solution for this task.

My CUCM version is 9

Thanks &regards

Mir

Thanks. This worked for me, the only issue was the order, I had to restart:

1. DRF Master on PUB

2. DRF Local on PUB

3. DRF Local on SUB.

Chas

Thanks, cmorriscnet It works also for me, the order of restarting services is very important

BAM! Fixed my issue on the sandbox lab! Thanks!

Thanks Man!! You are The Hammer!!

Hi JB,

Hi, Sir
Thanks for your solution, and it works!!
My cucm version is 12.5.1.15900-66.
Procedure 1 that I don't make it.
Procedure 2 that I restart DRS Master, and I found the DRS local is stop.
I start the DRS local and the bakcup is normal.
Additional, I have Pub/Sub, and I must login Cisco Unified Serviceability > Tools > Control Center - Network Services.
It must selects the Pub/Sub to start the DRS local, and the sub only has the DRS local. The Pub has DRS Master and local.
Share to eveybody.
