Expressway for Jabber guest VM changed its serial number while Moved to another Host (vMotion)

Hi

I have Expressway Edge VM. When it moved from a blade to a nother (vMotion) with the same Datastore, The server serial number changed and according to that the release key would be missed. Although according to the documentation, the vMotion is supported for Expressway deployment.

But as per the attached screenshot from the documentation, the serial number of the server would not be changed if vMotion was used.

I need your help. As per the documentation, The copy of the VM changes the serial number; We don't have this case.

It seems that automatic High Availability based on vMotion policy is applied to all the VMs including the Expressway Edge VM not vMotion itself and as per the documentation, HA is not supported so we excluded the Expressway VM from this policy.

We tested manual vMotion (Migrate option) for the VM to a different host and the serial number of the VM didn't change.
