[ESA] Incoming Encrypted E-Mail

Hi Guys,

Good Day!

Need help, I can't received encrypted e-mails even though I set my Anti-Virus settings in the ESA to "Deliver As Is" settings in the encrypted settings section.

Do you know where still to check?

Also, that message tracking is the same as the tail mail_logs in the CLI right?

Message tracking contains info gathered from mail_logs, you're right.

Do you have access to mail_logs?
