I had try, tomorrow morning, to create a new local user, it fail with http timeout.

"Fail to receive server response due to the network error(ex. HTTP timeout). Please try again.
Error: Unable to load /admin/idMgmtUserAction.do?command=save status:0 "

... moving in system i had see many problem, for example I can't download log files from operations->download logs (all files downloaded are 6.4 kb)
