Possible to enable 100 full Duplex on a SPA8800

Is there anyway to enable 100 full duplex on a SPA8800?

I have a SPA8800 connected to a switch which only support 100/1000 full and the auto negotiation fails.

According to the data sheet for SPA8800 it's a 10/100BASE-T RJ-45 but I can't find any choice of 10/100/auto in http GUI.

Manual configuration of speed/duplex is not possible, as far as I know. NWay autonegotiation is supported only.

Force 100/FDX on switch. It may or may not help.

Yes, I've tried to force it from the swich but it didn't work.

If I connect it to an old switch on another network which support 10/100, the SPA8800 seems to only support 10mb half-duplex with port set to Auto neg in switch.

The software version in SPA8800 is 6.1.11.

10/HDX is fallback speed in the case the auto-negotiation has failed.

It's either wiring issue (so long Ethernet cable, low quality cable, noise induced into cable from an outer source) or device issue (either switch or SPA8800). In the case of broken SPA8800 - if you are using external power adapter, make sure the issue is not caused by broken adapter.
