CUIC 11.5 Dashboards

We just moved to UCCX and CUIC 11.5 and the dashboards/reports seem awful.  We used to have pretty basic charts and data lists showing real time reports but it looks like you cannot do this with live data any more.  Is there a way to get something similar to the attached in CUIC 11.5?  Can we use a third party tool to create this?

Hi Cameron

CUIC is aimed at desktop side reporting really - not for display on large screens as you have it there.

UCCX has interfaces for this - direct DB access, real-time stats tables etc.

What you don't get is the software that actually displays it - in the Cisco world this is where third parties step in and sell wallboard apps of widely varying quality.

There are lots available... paid and free. Stick uccx wallboard in google.
