In our UCCX system after a Supervisor finishes a call they go "Not Ready" but we want them to go into "Ready" state. The agents work as expected only the Supervisors have this issue. Is there a setting to fix this?

If you go to the resource Subsystem>RMCM>resources click on the user and to they have Automatic Available enabled?
