Hi all,
I am new to this forum and in a new job.
We have a Cisco SX80 video conference system and use a virtual room to meet.
When using 2 laptops to meet in the virtual room there is no issue but when we use the cisco system to dial in and meet there is no video which displayed on the screen, only a grey background.
Any troubleshooting advise would be appreciated.

Sounds as if you might have a firewall blocking the required ports. Can you tell us more about how you have the SX80 deployed, is it registered to a call control server such as CUCM or VCS, or is it setup as a standalone endpoint not registered to anything?
