I try to understand  the reason  this processes  are high  and how I can avoid.

I have found others discussion with high CPU  process but there is no clear explanation for PunjectRx

I planning to reload the switch based on the recommendation in one discussion I found.

any  recomendtion?

regards

Hi,

Before you reboot the switch, contact Cisco TAC and open a ticket so they can look into the issue. If you reboot the switch before doing that, they may not be able to trace what is wrong with switch as it maybe a hardware or software issue.

It's very likely bug ID CSCuz57493. Upgrade code to fix. 3.6.6E has the fix.
