BLF SD button amber light

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to set on Cisco 7960 + 7914 module a BLF SD lamp, so the secretary can see an incoming calls on it (amber light)?

Currently, she can only when the user is busy (red light).

When you set the shared line on Cisco 7960, it works properly (amber light).

You would probably have to enable the BLF for pickup by clicking on the box to the right (Enable for Pickup) when you configure the BLF. I can't remember if that'll work on the 7960, but I think that's the step.

I did the test on Cisco 7960/7914 yesterday and I checked the box to the right, but you can´t see the incoming calls.
