We want start an new project in our Company and build a "DATA CENTER" whit "CISCO" solutions.

I have a lot of question about it.

for start :

1- Where should we start?

2- How do we track over?

3- What resources should we study?

4- and ...

Start by hiring a reputable systems integrator. Building a DC translate to a huge cost and this forum is no place to seek for assistance (or cheap solution).

Adding to what Leo said, you should get in touch with a Cisco Partner out there is your region and he should be ale to assist you with this.
