Courtesy call back CVP Label remove

Dear Team,

We have implemented courtesy call back in version 11.0.1 and working fine , but call back offer calls cli label is showing as CVP_11_0_0_0_3 with ANI .

Please find attached snapshot , please let me know how to remove the label for CCB call back callers .

Hi Ram,

It seems CVP appinfo header passing to CUCM. Pls try removing appinfo from gateway on SIP profile. Or else try sending customize sip header from CVP OAMP.

Hi Saravanan,

We have configured “clid strip name “ under pots dial-peer for CVP-serviceability leg.

Now CVP label is not displayed on Agent IP Phone .
