Cisco SPA301-G3 IP phone

Hi

I'm trying to find/or do I need the sgn file to get the above phone onto our system. We are using CUCM v9.1.2

I've got the firmware files, but I cannot find out if thats all that is required, any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are no files required as SPA devices are all considered SIP 3rd party endpoints as far as CUCM in concerned, so, you won't find any files for them to use with CUCM.

Hi Jamie

Thanks for the info, I've tried to configure the phone as a 3rd party SIP device, but it still is not recognised.

I went into the gui of the phone, and all I get is the SPA301 device info screen, I dont get an admin login like the websites suggest. I've reset the phone many times, but nothing seems to allow me to configure it to work with CUCM v9.1.3.
