SX10 calls farend dispaly not able to view

Dear Team,

I have been installed a Cisco SX10 endpoint previous version was 7.3 and later on we upgraded to CE 8.3.0 and tried a a video call with IP address for farend points.

Calls gets connect but after two minutes the farend video gets blank. But calls dosen't get frop.

What would be the reason for this?

One way video, or video dropping after a number of minutes is in 99% of cases a firewall issue where there is a timeout or keepalive timer that is expiring.
