Unsupported Device

We have a large number of Cisco C897VAMG-LTE routers that we can not monitor via prime.
We get Unsupportet Cisco Device. When will the support of Prime for that model.

The device "Cisco 897 Multi-mode VDSL2/ADSL2+ POTS with Multi-Mode 4G LTE Router" that has the OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2053 is supported in PI 3.0 and above, please check the "Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.1 Supported Devices" given at the following link and download the excel sheet

When I run an SNMP walk on a "CISCO 897 Multi-mode VDSL2 / ADSL2 + POTS with multi-mode 4G LTE Route" I get SNMPv2-SMI :: enterprises.9.1.2045 as sysid. Then i get unsuported Cisco Device.
