View live video from CIVS-IP-6000P

Hi all!

I have CIVS-IP-6000P (firmware 1.2.1-73 (03/05/2013))

I can not to view live video from PC.

I tried from PC with Win XP SP2, IE8, installed “Cisco Camera UI Control v4.19.085” and Framework 2.0

But when I trying to view live video I received error massage “Failed to setup DirectShow Filter Graph”

And I tried from another PC with Win 7 Pro, IE8, received the same error with another exception.

Does anyone know how to view live video from the camera?

I haven't found a solution how to view live video through a web interface.

I tried all combination with Win XP SP2/SP3, IE6/IE8, Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, but it did not help.

Always got the same error “Failed to setup DirectShow Filter Graph”

But I found another solution using VLC player.
