I have a VG204 that will not dial out on 2 of the ports, it will receive faxes but when the user attempts to dial out to fax, they are receiving a fast busy. The ports are configured identical to the other 2 on the VG and will receive and send. I reset/restarted the port on the gateway and it does not help, I also ran DNA and I can see the number hit the gateway. Any help would be great!
What is your topology? Is there CUCM here or CME or something else?
Are you dialing internal or external extension?
If using CUCM what protocol controls the GW/ports? SIP, H323, SCCP, MGCP?
