Hello,
Its very frustrating but I have been facing issues here. This is probably the first time and very irritating.
I am not able to view the comments that I have posted and also I am not able to see what people have replied. I am receiving emails that there are replies but I cant see them once I click on the link. All it shows is old data, something like cached.
Please fix. All I am trying to do here is help people in need. Please let me know if you need some specific data. I am not sure if I am the only one facing this issue.

For example, take below post:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13212126/e-mail-server-asa
all I see if 4 comments including original post. But there should be 6. I have replied to a comment already for which I received an email notification. There are more, this is just an example.
Thanks,
AJ

[@linking.24], were your comments copy/pasted into the field from a Word Processor? There were several issues with the markup of your discussion and comments that were causing the issues with them not displaying. We cleaned up the content and now the comments display for logged in users. Can you confirm?

jsansbury no, I don't use a word processor.
And the issue is still there. I can't see what I have posted and I can't see what people have commented. I have the notification for those comments on top right of the page and I have the email notifications. But I can't still see the comments, 2 of the discussion are below:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13212126/e-mail-server-asa
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13212556/cisco-asa-5510-asa-ssm-20
Please check.
Thanks

Interesting. I'm sorry to hear you are still having problems! We have isolated an issue on profiles, which is why this is only happening for some users. Two possible temporary fixes that you as a user can take until we are able to deploy a fix to production:
1. Append `?recent=0` to any discussion URL. For example, https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13212126/e-mail-server-asa?recent=0
2. Edit your user profile, and under User Preferences, set Display most recent comments/replies first to No.
Again, this is a possible temporary fix, and we will work to deploy a fix for the real bug in the next release.

Thanks, the workaround of the append part works for me. I will wait for the fix.
This is much appreciated.

This issue still exists, can we please have an update.

I can confirm the caching issue is still here.
Although I'm skilled enough to compose "reply URL" from the information provided in email notice (thus I can respond comments I didn't see on WWW) it's annoying ...

Hey Dan,
Thanks for confirming that its not broken from my end. If you don't mind, could you please share the steps so that I can reply to posts that I am participating in through email notifications. I really need to reply on few posts where I was supposed to reply last week.
Thanks in advance
AJ

There's line like the following one in email notification:
Read & respond: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13212851/sporadic-website-issues#comment-11846521
If you wish to reply to the comment announced, use following URL:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/comment/reply/13212851/11846521
If you wish to reply to the top comment of the thread use just
https://supportforums.cisco.com/comment/reply/13212851
instead
