Add a switch MDS 9148 to a current fabric

Hello

1/I have a SAN switch MDS 9148 FC with following license:

Can I use an ISL and add another switch?

or do I need a license ( sorry I m a Brocade user and never configured a cisco, so for Brocade I need full fabric license...)

2/ is there a free tool to display the show tech support file in a better way , I mean better than what is provided by a notepad? ( also for brocade we have the san health tool)

ISL doesn't require a special license !

Show tech is usually used by TAC engineers, not end users. DCNM is a GUI based tool for managing SAN fabrics.
