Schedule Report in CUIC Result is X marked

Hi Cisco Community,

Could I kindly ask what probably the issue why I have x marked on scheduled CUIC report? We are running 10.6 CUIC/ CCX

Kindly see attached photo for reference.

Have you run the exact same report manually and see if an error is returned?

I tried extracting the same report and it can provide me the xls file, is there any way for me to resolve this issue?

I noticed that I do not have Remote Location is that the issue of X mark in result?
