You have to upload and reference the Anyconnect for Linux .pkg file on the ASA. For example, you ASA should show you this:
webvpn
enable outside
anyconnect image disk0:/<anyconnect-for linux-filename>.pkg
Do a "show run webvpn" on your ASA to check the above.

Are you connecting from a 64 bit linux machine? The package file "anyconnect-linux-3.1.05160-k9" is only for 32 bit Linux. There should be another linux package for 64 bit that you have to upload. 3.1 and earlier versions supported 32 bit Linux so there were 2 packages. Now 4.x releases only support 64 bit so there is only one package.

Yes, I'm connecting from RHEL 64bit server.

You need to upload to the 64 bit package on the ASA:
anyconnect image disk0:/anyconnect-linux-64-3.1.05160-k9.pkg 3
Or you can upload some of the newer Anyconnect 4.x linux package on the ASA.
