Call Tranfer from contact center to Internal number issue Call Manager

Hi,

I'm encountering some problems with call transfer.
When an inboud call arrives on the contact center this one tries to transfer the call to an internal number, but often the call goes down.
I notice that on contact center configuration on Call Manager there isn't configured CSS (none) but all the internal devices are present in a configured CSS.
Is the issue related to that configuration?
