Hi
I'm a complete newbie with this VOIP stuff.
How can I set up Unity Connection to allow my staff to forward calls directly to a users voicemail?
The way it is setup now we just can forward to an extention and have to wait for it to ring out.

If you go to CUCM and check what the number of the voicemail huntpilot is, you can callforward all a phone directly to Voicemail, using the same voicemail huntpilot number of the forwarding phone.

We don't have a voicemail huntpilot.
I should clarify, we didn't setup this system so I may need to add things.
I have copied a pre-existing HP. How do I configure it? Can you point me to a KB article?
