RADIUS and SG220s

We have SG500's and SG220s all setup for RADIUS & for some reason the SG220's act differently. When you first SSH to them it asks for you username, as soon as you enter it the screen flashes and then it asks for your username & password to access the switch. Can anyone explain the pointless first step these are doing where it asks for the username twice? Its causing issues with our config backup server. Is there a way to submit tickets for small business hear like you would with standard Cisco equipment under SMARTnet?Thanks in advance!

have your tried to upgrade the firmware on one of the 220s see if it makes a diff , that sounds buggy not like a configuration issue

I don't have any SMB so I have never used these numbers but might be worth a call
