CUCM,CUC and IM&Presence upgrade from 9.1.2 to 10.5

Hi

i would to upgrade my servers (cluster CUCM , Unity Connection and Presence ) from 9.1 to 10.5 (Lastest update) and i have some question :

upgrade can be done directly (using OS interface) and without COP file ?

how can upagrae license installed ?

Hi,

All 3 application is standard L2 upgrade, you can do from CLI.

For licensing you will have to send an email to licensing .cisco.com to migrate to 10.X licensing.

All the information that you require for the upgrade is contained in the upgrade guide and the release notes, have you reviewed those docs?
