Hello,
I have a UC540W at the main office and 6 SPA525G2 phones at branch office running VPN. Only one phone (ext.133) is having issues with park call, constantly freezes & drops call connection when picking up the transfer call.
I had a case open last month and Cisco support asked me to delete and re-add a new phone in CCA. That worked till yesterday and same problem occurred. Other 5 phones are working fine that bothers me. I already replaced the phone with a new one. I don't know what else.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Swap two users phones, and see if the issue follows the extension number or the physical phone.
If it follows the phone it must be a hardware issue.
If it follows the extension then it is a software or configuration issue.
