hi

as you know , we must connect ASR-920-12CZ-D router  to DC-60 V   but Unfortunately  , i connect power supply 1 of ASR-920-12CZ-D router  to AC-220-V and power supply 1 was burnt , but when i connect power supply 2 to DC power(standard power ) my router turn on but not boot .

can you help me please .

is it possible that the main board was burnt ?

Unfortunately it could have created any hardware damage, did you see any output via console?

yes ,  when i connect console i see nothing .

as you know in this model all two powers are in one board ( 1 power board whit 2 ports).

I assume the first power unit is burned by over-voltage at all. But the spike has passed thru it as well and it damaged main board chips.

Second power unit works good, this there may be some LEDs shining, but it just doesn't work in general.
