meaning of the alerts in the CUCM RTMT

Hi All.

Good Day. We would like to ask if Cisco has a document regarding the meaning of the alerts in CUCM RTMT? Tried searching a document however I can't find. We would like to know the meaning of the alerts that we are receiving in the CUCM RTMT since some of the customer requested to check them and their possible effects in the operation of the CUCM. As of this writing, here are the list of RTMT that we have received.

- CDRFileDeliveryFailed

- MediaListExhausted

- MgcpDChannelOutOfService

- NumberOfRegisteredGatewaysDecreased

- NumberOfRegisteredGatewayIncreased

- NumberOfRegisteredMediaDevicesIncreased

- NumberOfRegisteredPhonesDropped

- RouteListExhausted

- SyslogSeverityMatchFound

- AuthenticationFailed

Appreciate if you can help us on the above alerts and identify if what are the critical from the list. I know that NumberOfRegisteredGatewaysDecreased, NumberOfRegisteredGatewayIncreased, NumberOfRegisteredMediaDevicesIncreased, and NumberOfRegisteredPhonesDropped are alerts that caused by unregistered devices in CUCM and they are not critical. However do we have a supporting document so that we can explain or discussed it clearly to our customer?

Thank you so much,

Kier
