Hi,
The short answer is no as the Fabric Interconnects are a mandatory component of the UCS B-series server architecture.
There is an option to embed the Fabric Interconnects into the 5108 chassis for smaller scale deployments using the Cisco UCS 6324 FIs. This solution is known as UCS Mini.
