How I can create and remote install general contact list on all Cisco Jabber windows clients wich connected to CUCM 8.6? As general address book from TMS to TelePresence client devices.

Can't recall if 8.6 had this, but if you have an option under the CUPS admin for bulk admin -> contact lists, you can use that.
