upgrade CUCM 9.1 to 10.5 issue

Hi

i have a cluster CUCM 9.1 and i would like to make upgrade to 10.5(2)SU1 version .
so i downloaded this ISO file: UCSInstall_UCOS_10.5.2.11900-3.sgn.iso
firstly i faced a MD5 error but after installing the COP file : ciscocm.version3-keys.cop.sgn the installation is contnuued and then a get a message error (find the attached filea)

any help plz

You'll have to review the upgrade log to find out the error and then see what needs to be fixed/changed.

With the same iso file i upgraded cisco unity connection succesfuly

Is there any thing needee before installing there upgrade on cucm (COP file)

All the requirements and procedure are outlined in the upgrade guide and the RN, those are the two docs that have to be reviewed before doing any upgrade, did you review those docs??

Yes, the same file might work on another system, that doesn't mean all systems will be able to upgrade, there might problems with the config that prevent them to. If the file worked on another system, that just tells you the file is fine.
