How can I solve this issue?

Hi,
Do all 3 switches have the same IOS version, feature set and license installed?
You can verify that with:
sh ver
sh lice

Hi,
What is the output of Show Switch ?
-GI

if they are three stacks I can not access to them because message Missmatch is endless! but when I access every one separately I found every switch is the master!
Actually I brought another switch with Major version 1.65 and removed swi with 7.65 and every thing is OK!
So the problem with switch major version 7! how can I return it back to 1.65?
thanks

You can't change or remove the switch major number but that should not prevent you from stacking them together. If every switch is master, than the switches are not being stacked correctly. Make sure the stacking cables are connected correctly, the switches are provisioned correctly and the master switch has the highest priority (15).

I mean Master after I disconnect the switches and access every one separately! but when I put stack for three I found when I removed one switch with Major ver.7 the other two switches is stack correctly but if i added the third switch the stack will not establish.

After use this command:
show platform stack manager all
SW1:
Stack State Machine View
==============================================================
Switch Master/ Mac Address Version Current
Number Member (maj.min) State
-----------------------------------------------------------
1 Master 005f.86f3.2c80 1.56 Ready
SW2:
Switch Master/ Mac Address Version Current
Number Member (maj.min) State
-----------------------------------------------------------
1 Master 006c.bc4d.2f80 7.56 Ready
SW3:
Stack State Machine View
==============================================================
Switch Master/ Mac Address Version Current
Number Member (maj.min) State
-----------------------------------------------------------
3 Master 005f.86f3.2080 1.56 Ready
the IOS is the same for all and the license is Lanbase for all switches!
is the Major Number could be the problem? and how to solve it?
Thanks Reza

Hi ,
Even though you are using the same ios version and model, if the firmware version are not matching then this issue will come .
Feb 18 12:18:55.252: %STACKMGR-5-MAJOR_VERSION_MISMATCH: Major Version Mismatch (Local 1 - Received 7) with neighbor-0 (inchn-srgb2-3fdc-sw01-5)
Follow the below steps....
check the below command output,
*** show platform stack manager all
if the major version is not matching , then follow the below procedure .
Then remove it from stack by disconnecting the stack cables need to boot switch to rommon mode and Unset the existing major version number using below command.
*** Rommon: unset SM_MAJOR_VERSION
Then set it to the number which you got in first step.
*** Rommon: set SM_MAJOR_VERSION <Version-number>
*** Rommon: boot
after the switch boot , check the major version using the below command ,
Switch#show platform stack manager all
if the major version are showing the same . now the switch is ready to add it in the stack .

Hi,
I`ve just had the same problem and got it fixed like this:
boot in rommon and then :
1.flash_init
2. set SM_MAJOR_VERSION 1.56
3. boot
After booted, verify that your version is updated with the command "show platform stack manager all"
After you verify the versions on both switches you can stack them up.
