I have a doubt about of is necessary perform a vmware disk size reallocation for upgrade 9.1 to 10.5. According the information, the size requirement are the same for both versions?

You can compare OVA requirements for specific OVA and version here:

if you need to resize anything going up is supported i.e. adding vCPUs, RAM, expending disk size, going down however is not.

Finally, for upgrade CUCM 9.1 to 10.5, I do not needed modify the disk size for vitual machine.
