You have no full Internet connectivity for your local hosts. You can't ping your hosts.

So,what is the possible solution?
Do I need to use public IP for LAN hosts?

For the hosts you wish to be reachable for ICMP ping from outside ? Yes.

Hello
By NAT static translations
example:
ip nat inside source static 192.168.1.10 1.1.1.10
< thus internet hosts(outside) would ping 1.1.1.10 to reach 192.168.1.10
