Hi all,

I am going to replace a router into a new model 1921. But, on existing router, there is a module "VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1". I am planning to put this module onto new router.

Is there anyone know did 1921 support "VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1"?

Thanks,

Bell

Read Module Support on Cisco’s Integrated Services Routers Generation 2 (Table 2, Multiflex Trunk Voice & WAN Interface Cards). It claim VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1 supported from 12.3(14)T firmware.

Then read Cisco 1900 Series Integrated Services Routers - Interfaces and Module it mention no VWIC2 kind of module supported.

I suspect (but just guessing) the support for VWIC2-* has been removed from 15.* firmware.

So the answer depends on the firmware version you will have installed on the device.

And note that no pre-15 firmwares are avaiable for download from Cisco ...
