Hello ,
I have issue with uccx 10.5.2.
After the agent disconnect call he must click exit.
Please review attached photo .
The issue started when I run command :
utils uccx icd clid enable.

This is the default behavior.
There is no way to display CLID apart from this popup.

Hi,
Did you run this command in only one node in the cluster?
If did you run this command in all the nodes, did you restart "Cisco Unified CCX Engine" service in the nodes?

I have one server .
The clid is working .
the issue that started after command "utils uccx icd clid enable":
After the agent disconnect call he must click exit to new call(we added picture) .

Apparently that's the only option,
According to Release Notes
"When the CLID screen pops up on the phone screen, the Answer key is hidden below the CLID screen. You see two soft keys: Update and Exit. Press Exit to see the Answer key."
You can search for Caller ID support
