Hi, we're using CTI OS Agent Desktop 9.0 and would like to allow an agent to select consecutive Not Ready codes without using a Logout code or moving through a Ready state. For example, the agent goes on a Break after completing a call and then has a Meeting following the break. Is it possible to do this? Our current implementation doesn't allow Not Ready to Not Ready. Is this a simple fix? Looking for some help/info to take to the support team. Thanks.
