Some of calls delayed before establish on CUCM 10.5.2 - intermitted issue.

Hi Everyone,

I have a strange issue with CUCM 10.5.2 . Some of  external inbound delayed before establish the voice.

My call flow:

CUBE- sip - CUCM- -CTI RP- UCCX- Hunt Pilot number: 4 ip phone (sccp)

 Internall calls: There is no problem dialing via hunt pilot number.

On the CUBE can you run debug ccsip mess and share the output. Makesure that you configure the commands below before the debug. I want to see the timestamp of the messges. 

service timestamps debug datetime localtime msec show-timezone year

service timestamps log datetime localtime msec show-timezone year

Also, make sure that your CUCM and UCCX aren't having CPU spikes.

It was MTP issue. I associated hw mtp instead of sw mtp that worked as well.
