CLI Analyzer fails to connect to C3850 via SSH, Putty works though

Hello Team,

I have a customer requesting assistance with the CLI Analyzer 3.2.1 on Windows 7. They have two Catalyst 3850s, one of them is unable to connect with the tool while the other one has no issues. No other devices in their IB is exhibiting this problem. 

In the switch they are seeing the following error message;

Mar 29 11:28:54: %SSH-4-SSH2_UNEXPECTED_MSG: Unexpected message type has arrived. Terminating the connection from 172.16.10.241

They did mention that this device is taking about two minutes to connect via Putty. Is there a setting on the CLI Analyzer to increase the SSH timeout or retries when initially connecting to a device? Could there be something else affecting connectivity between the tool and the device?
