How do you test a SFP in a 2960X switch? In a 2960G I can loop the TX to RX on a GLC-LH-SM and the SFP and the port would go green. In the 2060X it goes amber. Anybody know what was changed to prohibit this capability?

If you are using a short patch lead to do that test make sure you use a fibre attenuator to introduce some loss so the SFP doesn't kill itself.

Usually, it will work if the SFP can operate over 2960X switch. Never met this problem before, maybe it is the issue of the 2060X.
