I tried to block three domains using the Internet access policy: facebook.com, spiegel.de and youtube.com . Only spiegel.de gets blocked, you can still access the other two domains. I have done everything as described in the manual https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/13271911/configure-internet-access-policy-rv132w-or-rv134w-vpn-router - but this example doesn't work too. Only difference between the manual and my system is the firmware - i have 1.0.0.21and the manual says 1.0.0.24.
Is it possible to prevent access to ssl based connections (facebook and youtube use ssl connection, spiegel not) ?

Norbert, I am a Cisco Engineer from the Small Business department.
This is a known issue that is trying to be fixed on future releases. These websites are using HTTS and the Router is omitting this block request. So far there is no workaround found.

Is there any updates on this issue that "is trying to be fixed on future releases", honastly the fact that buy a firewall be it small or large and it can't do a simple website block is outright mockery from Cisco, basically, labeling the ability to block HTTPS as premium on more expensive routers that due to the size of the company this is installed it's just not worth it.
